RecommendedBest service I have ever had since purchasing my vehicle. Brought it in to get serviced and, right away they notified me of a part recall that should've been brought to my attention months and months ago by other centers. They really care about the safety of their customers. I will be returning. As a Disabled Veteran, it's hard to find places, let alone people to trust with your safety. Thank you Bowditch Ford and thank you to the team of people that helped.
My parents have been purchasing cars from Bowditch for years, so it was only right that I came to Bowditch for my first official car purchase. The car salesman walked me through all of the steps and picked out a car that I definitely had in mind. I have currently only done one servicing with Bowditch, being an oil change and it went great. the wait was said to be an hour but I was back in my car in 30 minutes. I would recommend Bowditch Ford to anyone looking for great service.
RecommendedI just brought a new 2018 F-150 to replace my other F-150 and again pleasant experience dealing with my favorite people in sales Susie Perry and Dennis Cousin. Always feel like they are family and they know what I like and are honest and fair. Been dealing with them some 20 plus years. Also, when I have my service done I go to the number one service manager Al Cusano. Very knowledgeable and honest and fair. They make a great team at Bowditch Ford
RecommendedFast friendly service with a great staff.
RecommendedAlways had great success with buying cars from them and having our cars worked on by them
I responded to a contact from Bowditch about an upgrade. The deal I was given was out of my price range and the finance person was quite rude and unprofessional.
RecommendedNice clean dealership, great customer service
RecommendedMy car a Ford Focus is now 14 yrs old and I love it. Will go back to Bowditch when I get my new car. Bowditch is the best and let’s me know if anything is wrong. Always go to Allen or Joey
