They are a very caring pet grooming service...they ask the questions that concern your pet!..like do your pet has an allergic reaction to anything I would recommend them to anyone, My Dog "Oreo" looks wonderful thanks to the staff at "Bow Wow and Meow"

I brought my cat here, and the groomer cut his leg, which resulted in him needing $150 worth of stitches. I thought the owner was really nice at first because she offered to reimburse me for the vet bill (I was only expecting to get a refund for the grooming), but she gave me the run-around for two months, didn't return emails or phone calls and at one point told me she couldn't pay me because they had to pay more in taxes than they anticipated. What you neglected to mention us that it was weeks after grooming that you took your cat to the vet...
Cat was there for 5 hours. I picked her up and she looks like a Sphynx cat with pet dander all over the carrier. Paid $75 ($81 total for using a cc) for a lion's cut and nothing else was done. No dry or wet bath, teeth wasn't brushed (actually they forgot i requested that), ears weren't cleaned, nails weren't clipped. Her haircut cost more than a woman's cut.

from the owner: The cat was to put it mildly extremely difficult, took two groomers and the cat was biting and kicking but yet we managed to complete her haircut. A cat haircut is $75.00 plus tax, the other services was part of the package but there is not way we could have done anything else, most salons would not have completed the groom. As far as it costing more than a women's haircut, you do not have hair from head to toe, you do not bite and scratch and it does not take two stylist to cut your hair.
