I can't express enough that you will never regret going to this establishment!! I had a kitty who was very matted and scared to death. Wendy got him shaved and nails clipped without blinking an eye. She was fast and aware of Murphy being so afraid. I would recommend her and her team hands down!!

This place is amazing. My dog is a little shy but they were gentle with her. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They also do a wonderful job! Great experience.

Bow Wow Meow is amazing!! Wendy has groomed my full collie since she was a youngster and I know she's A LOT of work because of all her hair. A year ago I adopted a stray, homeless poodle mix who I am certain was neglected and abused but after several visits to BWM she has been reformed and can actually handled being groomed. Thank you Wendy and everyone else for your patience. I know you could have told us to 'hit the road' when Trappy misbehaved but you didn't and I can't thank you enough.. You guys ROCK!!

This was a great experience for my dog. The groomers I used to take her to did something to make her really scared of groomers. After bringing her to you, she was not only well ggroomed, butshe was happy! You are all great and I willie bringing Rhoge back to see you!

Last time I took my dane to a groomer for a bath he was so stressed I think he she'd more than when we took him, this time I was returned a laid back relaxed good smelling baby!! Thanks a ton, we'll be back!!
