I commissioned Bow Joy Services for delivery of my passport to and from the Chinese consulate in San Francisco. They provided an excellent courier service and I highly recommend them. The fees were very reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. They promptly responded to all of my text messages and emails, usually within a couple minutes. They got back to us with an available notary for the next day on a weekend within an hour of our request. Notary arrived on time and was professional. Would use them in the future for mobile notary needs
I would give zero stars if I could. Do not pay any money to Spencer Chase. You will not see your money again, nor will he provide the services he lists on the invoice.
