⭐ 1 Star I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Boutinic Aesthetics. I paid $8,750 toward my surgery, but after my procedure was canceled, I requested my money back. My surgery was scheduled for Sep 18 on Aug 25 they tell me they have to push it back to march because they have to remodel the surgery room. I requested my money back since I already had the room paid for 17 days and I was not able to get a refund. Since I requested my money back they stop answering my call or text. La verdad ellos nunca contestan. Los teléfonos y ya no trabajan Ami nomas no me isieron. Nada de cirugía. Y no me devuelven el dinero fui a su location de domicilio y no está en funcionamiento

Estoy muy desilusionada. Tengo más de 1 mes llamando y enviando mensajes por la página de TikTok y la del website, y nadie contesta. Volví a llamar hoy y recibí un texto diciendo en qué le podemos ayudar hoy, pero después de que escribí, nadie ha respondido. Me parece que es un mensaje automático, o sea que estamos en lo mismo. Mi cirugía está pagada y ahora no sé en qué queda cuando no recibo respuesta sobre si están cerrados o qué pasa.
