Amy, the customer service person is great, perhaps the most courteous and friendly I have encountered while shopping. But, as for the dealership, I will not be pursuing, cause interestingly, while I was exchanging emails, the car price shot up ~$600...on a car sitting over 200 days...and its price already lowered...hmm

Pros: Not pushy at all, the assistant gives a lot of freedom. Recently paid a deposit on a car there. Cons: Sales are busy down there and sometimes needs waiting.
Amy, my customer service person was great, however, went for the test drive to find the car was sold.
I don't currently have a car so it would be a commitment to come see them. I asked them to calculate the out-the-door cost for me and I never heard back.
This purchase was easy, the people at Bourne's were professional, great experience.

Says that they are giving you the best price and won't go lower but if the car sits on the lot they lower the price, they lie to the public
All we did was take a test drive, no negotiations, so hard to know how they would be once that started. Test drive went well, Mario courteous and helpful.
