I regret not looking at the reviews before going here. I took my kids there to see if they got strep since their older sister had , they told me they couldn’t do a strep on my test on my one year old cause kids under three they are not worried about . They did the swab on my 4 year old which came back negative , when my daughter got tested there she also came negative but her culture came back positive for strep and I wonder why they didn’t do the same thing to my 4 year old , well both my 4 and 1 year old have been tested p... read more
The front desk ignored the clipboard and didn't call us up to register. After 15 minutes of listening to gossip between the receptionists and a nurse I asked what we need to get checked in and they were shocked someone signed up on the clipboard. The check in receptionist forced me to pay a $50 copay even though my insurance says no copay until after deductible is met. I told her that was not correct and while I'm not an expert for insurance I know I haven't paid that before. She said we still had to pay.
C’mon Dr Hutchinson… super disappointed that you didn’t do a thorough evaluation on my 16 month old. They checked his oxygen and it was 94… so not great not bad. Checked his respiratory rate but never listened to his lungs. Diagnosis was an ear infection, but now I’m not too sure that he really had one. He didn’t really sell me on it in the first place anyway. 5 days later, my little boy is still sick. Fevering on and off and so I took him in to his pediatrician. Go to another instacare if they say Dr Palmer is the pediatrician on staff. I took my 12 month old daughter to him on Tuesday with a fever, a cough, pulling at her ear and crying, and in general lethargic and subdued. Granted, he did a thorough exam I’ll give him that. But he said everything looked good. 2 days later her symptoms weren’t getting better so I took her to the ER…diagnosed with RSV and a really bad ear infection. We brought my 13 month old son in due to a head laceration. The front staff was very helpful and quick checking us in. However when we went back to see the doctor the MA wasn’t very kind when it came to the care of my child. We had to wash out his cut with sterile water before the doctor could take care of him but when we were doing so the MA completely covered his face and started accidentally suffocating him.
