I usually have good experiences with intermountain, but this was the absolute worst location Ive ever been to. They are slow, took two hours for them to call my name, I had just told the receptionist I was using the restroom and would be right back and she said okay (she left) I came back two minutes later as the doctor was shutting my the door after calling for me, I knocked no answer, asked the other receptionist to let him know I was still here I was using the restroom (she didn’t) and he came out and called someone else ... read more
Muscle relaxers for a very clearly NOT muscular issue. I swear MDs/NPs/PAs who work at urgent cares are the bottom of the pack. I could do your job better than you. $25 for them to tell me to go to the emergency room if muscle relaxers don't help my herniated disc. And you don't need to have a medical license to know what I was going through.
We usually have a good experience at this location, but today we've waited over 2 hours to be seen. It took about an hour and a half before they even called us up to be checked in. Eventually we went up to ask when we would be seen, and it turns out that they never finished checking us in. I'm not sure if this is because of the "New System" that's being put in place, but greater care should be taken to insure that patients are attended to with care.
Came in 30 minutes to closing because my at home UTI test came back positive. I had a traumatic situation with my last UTI and the nurses and doctors took my trauma and concerns seriously. Even with them being so close to closing.
Dr Murdock is kind, a good listener, gentle, thorough and awesome. He is upbeat and efficient too! We always hope he's working when we have to go to Insta....
