Refuse to own their mistakes. They will tell you anything necessary to induce you to leave your items, then ruin them with no remorse. Even worse than that, they treat their customers with utter contempt. Trying to get a refund out of them they will fight with you for hours. We had some drapes with a lot of dirt and black cat hair on them. In addition, our hardware needed replacing so Bryce and his staff was nice enough to hold our drapes until we were able to get new a new 170" rod ordered in. Once we got the replacement rod, we had problems with some of the hanger clips which had broken. Bryce went the extra mile and a half to help us resolve those issues.
