Dr. Palmer is awesome! So grateful he moved back to Utah. We are lucky to have him. Bountiful Dental Care is a phenomenal place. Friendly, professional and efficient. Truly appreciate their care.
I went in for what should have been a routine set of fillings and left genuinely unsettled—not because of the procedure itself, but because of the complete lack of care, communication, and professionalism. The dentist, Dr Palmer, offered a quick, perfunctory greeting before immediately reclining the chair, roughly handling my face, and injecting the numbing agent without any explanation of what he was doing or what to expect. Great dentist, nice office, friendly staff. After giving them business for about 15 years, they charged me $75.00 for missing my appointment. I guess that’s their prerogative.
1st time seeing Dr Palmer and staff. They were very professional and gave some good information and advice. Highly recommend coming to Bountiful Dental Care
