Dr. Palmer with Bountiful Dental Care is an excellent dentist, as well as his staff. Dr. Palmer has replaced a crown as well as fixed a couple of fillings, one of the few dentist that can give a painless shot (front tooth). I highly recommend him for dental care, he takes time explaining dental needs, is very careful, enjoyable and does exceptional work. Great dentist!

I went in for what should have been a routine set of fillings and left genuinely unsettled—not because of the procedure itself, but because of the complete lack of care, communication, and professionalism. The dentist, Dr Palmer, offered a quick, perfunctory greeting before immediately reclining the chair, roughly handling my face, and injecting the numbing agent without any explanation of what he was doing or what to expect. Great dentist, nice office, friendly staff. After giving them business for about 15 years, they charged me $75.00 for missing my appointment. I guess that’s their prerogative.
