I rented from Boundary Street for 5 years. Nothing but a positive experience, responsive to maintenance requests and general upkeep. While a tenant new lights, windows and a water heater was installed no hassle. I would rent from them in the future and I tell all my friends when looking for a new place to see if they have anything available.
The management and maintenance team is very responsible and act quickly when there is a question or issue. I have rented with Boundary street for 4.5 years and consistently provided high quality, affordable housing, and excellent management!

I rented with Boundary Street for a year from the Fall of 2022 through Summer 2023, it was a great experience and everyone I interacted with from the leasing agent, management, and service providers contracted by the office were responsive and friendly.
