Truly one of the best renting experiences we have had! Management is very responsive to building issues and regularly performs scheduled maintenance. Easy to communicate with and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!
I was a tenant in a unit managed by BSD for about 1.5 years. While I was a tenant, I always had positive experiences interacting with them - they were quick to respond to emails and maintainence requests, and always informed us via email when there was regular maintenance when they needed access to the inside of the apartment. I would recommend renting a unit managed by Boundary Street Development!
I rented from Boundary Street for 5 years. Nothing but a positive experience, responsive to maintenance requests and general upkeep. While a tenant new lights, windows and a water heater was installed no hassle. I would rent from them in the future and I tell all my friends when looking for a new place to see if they have anything available.
The management and maintenance team is very responsible and act quickly when there is a question or issue. I have rented with Boundary street for 4.5 years and consistently provided high quality, affordable housing, and excellent management!
