When I first went to Bounceback credit I paid for services, the first steps were made but I never recieved any feedback from my source of contact. I was upset. But I noticed the same person I delt with had started her own separate business endeavor. So once I was able to talk the owner, I was able to get satisfaction with my services. I was grateful for her professionalism of handling a former business associate bad business practice.
I started with this company in August. The person I signed up with ended up leaving the company without notifying me. I finally emailed the company and the owner Tara reached out to me, and sent me tracking numbers for my letters within 24 hours. I ended up needing to purchase a tradeline because the credit repair alone was going to take me from bad credit to no credit.
