It was a really good experience. The place is a tchotchke shop. All kinds of Hollywood souvenirs. The guy we dealt with seemed really nice. Had no trouble with our luggage. He stores it in a little tiny room in the back. Would definitely do it again. by the way, it is not really close to the Dolby theater. Don’t be surprised. It’s further on down the road. he doesn’t sell luggage locks so you might wanna bring some just a thought.
