Made a reservation last night through opentable and upon arrival we decided to eat in martini lounge since Edgar Cruz was playing and the hostess escorted us. We earn a small amount of points for dining when reservations made through opentable. The food and service were good. I learned today the hostess "cancelled" our reservation even though we spent A LOT of money in the lounge. There are too many other Prime Steakhouses closer to home if that is how they treat their return patrons.
We just had the appetizer of scallops, they were completely overcooked and tough. We also had the crab cakes, we did eat these, but absolutely nothing special. Very disappointing, we have gone to Boulevard Steakhouse for years and it has been good. This was not good at all.
Just have to give a shout out to Boulevard Steakhouse and our awesome servers! My husband and I went there last night for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and him just returning from a deployment. This is our 11th anniversary and only the 5th one that we have actually gotten to spend together, mostly due to military training/deployments.
