New management starting fall 2019, nice people.
I've rented with Boulevard Properties twice now, and each time was excellent. They respond to maintenance requests very quickly, sometimes same day. They have an online portal for paying rent and staff is very responsive. The apartments I've rented have been well cared for and clean. They are definitely one of the better rental agencies in the area.
I lived in an apartment managed by Boulevard Property Management for several years and I had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent in Athens. The only reason I moved is because I wanted to adopt a dog and they do not offer any pet-friendly units.
