Absolutely insane and horrible customer service team that works for this company. I ordered 2 different vitamins from them and they cancelled my order, I replaced that order with a few less bottles since I buy for my family in bulk and I assumed that's why they cancelled my order. That order was delivered 4 days ago. I went to open a bottle and I realized that the are set to expire in June, so I contacted this company to ask for a return label since their policy is a full refund within 30 days of delivery. I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY CAT'S SCRIPT AT BOULEVARD FOR A WHILE NOW. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WHEN MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THE TOTAL OPPOSITE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND MY MEDICATION HAS ALWAYS BEEN DISPENSED PROPERLY.
They almost killed my cat by giving her a full strength compound that should have been diluted to 40%. They blamed the vet for not being clear, blamed me for not knowing to check the strength of the compound, and took absolutely no responsibility for the error themselves. My cat went into diabetic coma because of the incident and it was $3k in hospital bills to save her life. NEVER again will I use this pharmacy - they just can't be trusted because they take no ownership of problems that arise.
I have been receiving my hormone replacements for several years and love the people who work there and their professional expertise. Very professional, caring and good to their customers.
