I just love the French Onion soup......could eat everyday!!
Had a really nice evening at Boulevard. Good food, nicely presented and a friendly staff . A really nice venue whether you stay inside or enjoy the fresh air on the patio. All of this at a very fair price. I'll be back.
Best chicken carbonara I have had in a long time! And my wife got a steak that was excellent! The service was top notch, very cool place in downtown npr. Will definitely be back
Wonderful place. Great selection of beer. Good food and the servers, Dianne and Stephanie, were top notch.
This restaurant (small bar) is perfect, IMO. It just "fits" in a downtown. Good to locals, nice atmosphere, not just typical bar food. They really try hard to refresh their menu and offer wonderful meals. Every small town should have a "Cheers" bar like Boulevard. Did I mention they also cater off site? If you haven't tried it, you should.
