I could never thank Jillian Bidinger Geffen enough for the amount of compassion and patience she showed our family in our time of need. We had to say goodbye to our first fur baby on my birthday and there couldn't have been a more loving environment to do that in. I am glad I found this vet . They are honest with you and give you the best advice . Had my Pom for over 11 years and her condition got worse over the time . What I can remember is her final week and how they helped with every possible way to extend her life even though deep down I knew it was going to not be long and they knew too but were so kind and sensitive to my needs as well as Maggie. I lost my peaches two weeks ago the staff and the doctors could not have been more wonderful to me with all of the recommendations they did everything they could to help me with my little girl I could never thank them enough. God bless all of you always being in my heart👍👍❤️❤️

Archie , nine weeks old ... we just went for our first visit... the staff was great and just loves Archie😍🐶😍
Their billing g department charges under during visit, then sends you a bill two months later for hundreds of dollars they “ forgot to charge” during your visit and time of payment. I had to take my dog back for blood in her stool 9 days from her annual appointment... and I am thinking it’s from a vaccine she was given... $700+ in one month. Then they wanna “forget” to add things to the bill. I have been taking my pets here for years. And never have been treated so horribly over the last few months.
They have always taken care of all of my furbabies since I was a little girl. They are calm, kind and I always feel confident that my furries are well taken care of.
