Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

They were able to schedule my family as new patients right away. Once there, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with the paperwork. Due to multiple insurances, they gave me no hassles as to what I needed to pay and sent everything in to the insurance companies to figure out what co-pays and patient responsibilty would actually be mine. They were incredible with my son and what type of treatment he needed or didn't need so we didn't get hit with any unnecessary charges.
