After a long battle with other dentists your office listened to my concerns and got me a resolution with good explanations.
Just finished my semi-annual teeth cleaning with Gail. In addition to being a great hygienist, Gail is such a sweetheart and very caring person. While not my favorite hour once every 6 months, Gail passes the time with me keeping up with the family milestones and events between visits. The staff are all great to deal with and Dr. Boule is terrific. Of course the less I see of him, the better... Gail sees to that for me with the excellent job she does.
I'm a long time patient, Dr. Boule's practice is very well run, professional, friendly. Staff aligned around quality and customer focus. Always a positive experience.
I didn't see dr boule, but Danielle was terrific.... friendly, professional, and great hygienist....
A professional and super friendly atmosphere. If you are moving to Manlius NY this is the place you want to go to.
It was all that was recommended to me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable. Dr, Boule was excellent and explained clearly what needed to be done. I felt it was hard for handicap even though it had a chair lift.
Danielle is the best!
