Continues to be a great experience all around!
All went very well. It was impressive that I didn't have a numb head for the afternoon. After the appointment, I just went about my business and never thought about the teeth that were worked on.
The only bad (and sad) part of my service today was that Gail D. is retiring at the end of this year.. I certainly wish her the very BEST , and nothing but sunny skies and warm temperatures.. (And maybe even a few shopping trips to our NEW grocery store if, and when it arrives!!!) She will be missed, and not just by me!! But from all I hear, I will be in the "good hands" of Stephanie.. Dr Boule replaced an old metal crown and resurfaced a worn down tooth with a technique both artistic and gentle. He always tells me what he's doing and asks if I'm comfortable. The entire staff is friendly, capable and competent.
Excellent in all areas
My first real visit was to get a crown. Reception was friendly with a comfortable waiting room. I did not wait long. Dr. Boule' made sure I was numb before starting and talked me through the whole procedure. The process of generating the crown was fascinating. I'm very happy with the result.
I had my teeth cleaned. Everything was great. Everyone was very friendly and I was in and out quickly.
The best!! No one better is Upstate NY. Highly skilled,caring,professional. I would recommend without exception
