Everyone was so helpful, from dealing with the chair lift, the girls at the desk, to Cassie showing the crack in my molar and, of course, Dr. Boule...always friendly and reassuring knowing I'm scared to death. He smoothed the 'crack' in my molar and there was no pain just as he said. Duane and I both feel very fortunate to have had him recommended to us when we moved here in 2002. I really was very impressed. I did not have to wait. The doctor treated me immediately. He made sure, I am not in pain. I was done in no time and was very pleased with the outcome.

They got me in the chair the second after I checked in, so no waiting. Also liked that he was able to do my small filling without novocaine, and he didn't add an unnecessary cost that I'd have just assumed was standard. Did quick work, and he had some pleasant humor while recognizing that I didn't need a lot of chit chat. One of the best dentists I've ever been to.
Took me in the day I called in pain. Chose to be conservative and wait to see how things go. I appreciate not jumping in to a root canal, crown or pulling too quickly!
