I’ve been a resident here for over a year. I enjoy the place. Julie and Scott are a pleasure to have here. However, if there are people above you, you will hear them most of the time. People beside you, if they’re playing loud music or loud video games, you will hear them. So if you have to work early in the morning or work from home, keep that in mind. Nice apartments, its gym and printers area is clean and well maintained, parking is easy, have two gates, which is convenient. The apartments are spacious at that price range. It has a good path ways. It also has a covered parking area like a large garage with multiple floors. Over all i like it at that price range compared to its neighborhood.
Best apartment complex! The leasing staff are great! They were so accommodating and kind. They answered all of my questions and more. Definitely check out these beautiful apartments.
Living in Boulder Springs has been an incredible experience. The serene beauty of the lake is the perfect backdrop to start and end each day. The calm waters and surrounding greenery create a peaceful, almost resort-like atmosphere.
