Wife and I moved here because of the good reviews but we were left counting down the days until we moved out. There was a multitude of reasons why we hated this place and I genuinely couldn't list them all here but for starters, we had to pay for some inspection fee before we could move in that they most definitely did not do because literally every appliance besides the fridge had to be fixed or replaced within the first week of moving in and we even found a load of laundry from the previous tenant still in the dryer. I had a really good experience touring with Menta. This was my first visit to St. Louis in over a year since I left and I could not have asked for anything more. She was informative, knew a lot about the community. It's rare to come across someone so attentive and professional right from the start. If I decide to take the position here. I definitely will make this my home.
