New management, Black Swan, moved in and all they have done is raise prices and ignore any actual issues in the complex. Be aware that the rent shown online doesn't reflect the other fees they will tack on that easily add over $100. Forced internet that they surprised us with, a property maintenance fee that is a ploy to make extra money, they also will not honor ESA letters so beware of that. Property Management changed for a 3rd time on March 2025. Black Swan out of Rochester, MN. They do not enforce their own rules. This company is the worst of all the owners (Stonebridge & Common Bond). BS (appropriate acronym) is not concerned with retaining excellent tenants. We were one of them. If you complain, contest anything they will simply not renew your lease with no explanation or they will raise your rent with no upgrades. In hindsight, it was a great thing and it was time to move. Phone number doesn’t work, office closes before 6 like they state they are there until, so I cannot talk to a human, don’t email you back, don’t update units and up-charge you anyway. Don’t live here
The new management is really moving swift. Sawyer has done quite a job at bringing this place back up to speed!
