Maintenance has been speedy and helpful since living here. I enjoy the spacious apartment!
Property Management changed for a 3rd time on March 2025. Black Swan out of Rochester, MN. They do not enforce their own rules. This company is the worst of all the owners (Stonebridge & Common Bond). BS (appropriate acronym) is not concerned with retaining excellent tenants. We were one of them. If you complain, contest anything they will simply not renew your lease with no explanation or they will raise your rent with no upgrades. In hindsight, it was a great thing and it was time to move. Phone number doesn’t work, office closes before 6 like they state they are there until, so I cannot talk to a human, don’t email you back, don’t update units and up-charge you anyway. Don’t live here
The new management is really moving swift. Sawyer has done quite a job at bringing this place back up to speed!
Tons of new stuff going into townhomes here! Sawyer and the team are really doing a splendid job at dressing them up!
