Zero stars..Run. Total scam. Common Bond will take your deposit & never process your application. Then say they sold property & will get a hold of the new owner but never return your calls or emails. Never answer their phone during supposed office hours. They will not return your deposit or application fee. Do not recommend this place…..Do not recommend paying fees
Tried contacting multiple times to set up a tour to rent a townhome, but after several weeks of no response, it sounds like I dodged a bullet
Property management is not available during office hours and does not return phone calls or emails. I waved to her as she drove by at 10:40 am on a Friday during office hours and she drove off. I called her phone twice and texted three times so we could renew our rental agreement. I called the company management office and they said they would send a high priority email but what good is it if the property manager is not in it office?
Stay away from this place as it is managed by Common Bond. Worst company i have ever dealt with.
I am at the end of my lease here. Twice, I have tried to renew with the office, and twice I have been ghosted. Maintenance hardly gets done and the hallways are hot, dirty and sometimes flooded. I have tried to contact corporate without luck, and have resorted to reporting this property to the county and state. Do not move here!
