The major improvement I recommend is a piece of paper with care instructions. Whether it is just work on the upper right incisor or a list of after care insturctions like gargle with saltwater (which I forgot to do). By the time I reach my car I have forgotten most of the instructions I received.

Your computer system was cranky the morning of my visit, which caused a slight delay for my quick procedure. I am all too familiar with such technological foibles, and was happy to deal with the brief wait. Dr. Horracks and his assistant were amazing. They understood about my gag reflex that I could not avoid and worked very considerately around it. I was kept comfortable and informed at all times. First, don't leave someone sitting in the waiting area for 40+ minutes without talking to them. Others who arrived after my appointment time made it right in. Second, the assistant who was first working on me thought I was someone else and was using their chart, not mine. This should never happen in a doctor's office. Everyone seemed distracted, even Dr. Horrocks, who forgot when my surgery was and was repeating questions. I am not sure I even have the correct appointment, or if I should be a month later.
