I am extremely comfortable at this office!!! Every staff member is awesome, Dr Horrocks is caring, communicative and takes his time with you. Wendy is my "teeths' best friend"!
Quite painless. Except for the inevitable discomfort of keeping your mouth open for an extended period of time, it was actually a rather easy procedure from the patient's standpoint.

This is the second time that I was scheduled for a cleaning on a day when the dentist was not available and I am only there once per year. What's the point? I will not be returning.
The staff was very helpful. I especially appreciated Audrey's (correct name?) assistance in preparing for the procedure. And of course Dr. Cole. Only recommendation is that it would have been helpful to have an email contact for the office and/or Dr. Cole. I finally obtained one but not sure that Dr. Cole received my email in time to call my neurologist.
Everyone that I encountered was wonderful!
