The 'waiting room' doesn't really work well. Folks like to have more space between them to be comfortable. I guess you didn't have enough floor space to make it any bigger though.

I wish you would give the option of whether we prefer phone or e-mail updates on appoitnments. There are a lot of notices sent out between the two. And when booking appointments so far in advance it would be helpful if you mentioned a little note about the services we are coming in for.
