Ignored our reservation for two queen beds. Just said: oops, sorry...we made a mistake. Offered to send up linens for the sleeper sofa...didn't. Offered to comp parking...didn't. Did comp one night after I made a big fuss. Told me my rewards membership didn't include breakfast. Worst Marriott I've stayed in and I'm a long time MarriottRewards member. Avoid this one!!
I'm here working on a project for the Marriott I have to say it was an awesome experience the food was excellent especially the ribeye the staff was so accommodating had a really awesome stay here I highly recommend it if you are in Boulder
We came here thinking it's a typical Marriot, but it's not. They had to bring us a refrigerator. No type of breakfast included with our $113.00 a night charge. The beds suck. Most of the staff were rude( like the folks around here). The only cordial person I've met from the staff was the waiter at the $17.99 breakfast bar.... They didn't even leave a new bottle of water for the coffee maker.... I WONT RETURN...... Have a good day peeps
Horrible customer service! Rude front desk staff. Marriott did not take responsibility for accidentally deleting my reservation. They made a huge mistake and did not offer me a free weekend and did not offer to pay my uber fees -
This is an amazing place. It's clean! The entire staff is super amazing! Friendly, helpful, and they are all beautiful! Must be a requirement to look good! If you are ever in Boulder and need a place to stay, this is the place!
