Beautiful hotel, great size rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff.
Front desk was incompitant and rude. Dirty floors. Complete waste of money. Worst experience ever.
I have presented trainings at a few hotels, and without a doubt the Boulder Marriott provided the best service of all. Kyle is THE MAN! He started my day by asking where I was from and if I had seen the view from our meeting room. When he pulled back the curtains and I saw those majestic mountains in the distance, it took my breath away! I arrived at night and had no idea how spectacular the view was! The Boulder Marriott Hotel is beautiful, and the staff engages you making you feel as if you are their most important guest.
To the lady working the front desk at 1:35 PM MST on Saturday, June 17th, thank you for your lack of service and hanging up on me. Your horrible customer service mutually reflects my horrible opinion of your hotel. All I wanted was my receipt emailed.
