I've been here 2 months. I'm posting to do a shout out to the maintenance crew. Thank you for being fast and available and doing a great job. Everytime I need something fixed, maintenance comes that exact day. Whoop! I'm sorry that one of you had to unclog my drain and see my nasty hairs today. Anywho, I'm very happy as of now. The parking sucks and I had to rent a car port but oh well. The good outweighs the bad. Maryann Navarro
I love boulder creek! I had a sweet lady named Kyla help me look at apartments and she was amazing so helpful and answered all of my questions. If you’re looking for an amazing property with great location to get around San Antonio this is the place!!
The maintenance staff at Boulder Creek is fantastic. I needed my heater repaired and Scott, one of the maintenance techs, responded promptly to my request. He was polite, professional, and in and out of my apartment within minutes. My heater is working great!! I think maintenance really makes a big difference in apartment living.
I currently live here and this place and the staff have been AMAZING! Any issue (which are almost nonexistent) are resolved right away and they are always so courteous! The grounds are beautifully maintained and my Son and I love living here! Don’t pass this place by!

Boulder Creek has been so great. We moved to SA for my husband’s work and they made the process so much easier. They are so quick to respond to any maintenance requests about our apartment, always check back with us and are so kind. We love how quiet the complex is and how spacious the apartments are, especially with our two little ones.
