Love living here! Don't wanna leave! The staff is really friendly and seems like they know everyone personally. Janette, Fatty, and Yvette are always very nice to everyone and the community activities are always fun.
Great place to live. Staff really friendly and do a great job with community events. Maintenance staff is very prompt with response to issues you may be having. Gym, clubhouse, and pool area are well maintained.
Boulder Creek is a great community to call home! From the friendly office staff to the prompt maintenance staff, nothing is missed. They host fun seasonal activities for the residents and really make everyone feel welcome. The gym, pools and dog park are a great bonus for all members of the household to enjoy.
This is a great place to live! The front office staff is always so nice and helpful. The apartment community is really nice and well kept and the dog park and pools are a huge plus. Having the dog park where the dogs can enjoy cooling off in the water is amazing! I would recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment in the area.

Pet friendly, very friendly staff, quiet area, very clean pools and dog pond. Yes dog pond!! That’s what sold me, but I stayed because of how well kept this apartment is. Maintenance is swift and I really enjoy living here. And I mean, DOG POND! My dog can play in the summer! In Texas.... How cool is that ❤️
My husband and I love our community here! This has been a really great first home for us. We have made great friends with our neighbors and the staff. They all take really great care of us!
We have lived here almost a year and apartment Home is exactly what it is. The layout and atmosphere make it feel like a home. The front office knows you by name and do not hesitate to lend a helping hand. The maintenance staff is friendly,quick and even play with our fur baby when they come by. The dog park/dog pool is awesome and it’s a great centralized location, close to all the fun things in San Antonio.
