So we were told we could move in on the 30th of July but we get a phone call asking if we could move in on the 1st of August. No we had to be out of our Apt by the 31st. Then we were told that we could move in but some cosmetic stuff still needed to be fixed. Lies lies lies! We move in and the plugs in the Living room didn't work a big hole above the stove hood vent not installed. The dryer is old doesn't dry so I have to repeat the cycle three times. RUN!! RUN!! RUN!! place is falling apart. trash everywhere manager and office staff are rude. Not recommended living here.
Customer service is completely out the door! You're lucky if you ever get a response to anything, even when requested. Be careful too cuz after nearly 10 years they decided they want their unit back. Personally I don't even see how it should be legal to just kick someone to the curb just because you feel like it. Nothing like dealing with a bunch of lowlifes that could care less about whether a person has somewhere to live. I would suggest not moving to this dump!
