Something is seriously wrong in Boulder Creek
I do not reccomend. In short - terrible "management staff", need something fixed, be prepared to ask for it done 2-3 times and at least 3-4 weeks to get it done. Apartment units are cheaply done, windows are old single pane. I wish I would have listened to the bad reviews before I moved in. Unfortunately I didnt. They will screw you out of your deposit with "standard" cleaning fees even if you leave it cleaner than it was given to you. I have been living here for a month now and I can’t say I’m impressed. If you have more than one car absolutely do not move here. We have a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 people living in it and we have ONE designated parking space, renting a garage is $95 extra a month. If you get home from work after 3PM chances are you aren’t getting a spot. We were also told our appliances were brand new, yet they’ve been broken more times than they’ve worked. The staff and manager are super friendly. The parking is absolute shit.. we have also had some issues with our appliances that are supposedly brand new. Also the insulation isn’t great at all when it comes to the windows.
Can't rightly say for sure, haven't lived there... however based on reading peoples Comments about the place, don't like it, I betcha.
