Boulanger’s has well trained and helpful mechanics for both installation and service work. They are very responsive and responsible. They are not inexpensive but I am happy to pay a little more for such professionalism. I recommend them without reservation.

called due to water heater failure (very hot water).. got estimate.. next day installation .. was less than quote.. service team was professional and efficient.. Very happy with the service!!
Return telephone calls!!! Quote is quite different from what we were actually billed AND our boiler makes extremely loud, gurgling noises. How do we get the service manager to call us back. Have called 3 times and left 3 messages for a return phone call!!!
We had our water heater die just before the holidays. We called the competitors in town that we normally use, no answer. We call here and they had us up and running in just a few hours!! Needless to say we will be using this company from now on! And the price was reasonable as well! Friendly service too! Have never been more pleased with a service call!
We recently had a leak in our basement that we originally thought was coming from the hot water heater. It turned out to be coming from our crawl space - the pipes draining from our kitchen (sink and dishwasher) were leaking and causing a flood on the basement floor. The young man who came out to fix it was extremely competent, did the job quickly, had to crawl into our disgusting crawlspace and lie on his back in the wet space to fix it and did this efficiently and was very pleasant, talkative and thorough.
