We recommended Bouey to our neighbor (we had a good experience in 2019), and they were terrible. Didn't inspect at all underneath the house, only glanced at a bedroom, said that wood termites were the problem and that the house needed to be tented.... no inspection, testing, or options were discussed except tenting. Our neighbor declined, only to see a strange man in the backyard the next day, who had trespassed by hopping the fence, totally without permission, to "take measurements for the tent". I can’t speak highly enough about Shawn Bouey and his workers. They have helped my clients and myself so many times. I can always count on them. Shawn understands what Realtors need. A reliable partner. Thank you everyone.
All around super sketchy and trashy. The workers chain smoke nasty cigarettes, throw their dirty butts on the ground (as if they’re at some construction site dump), and choose inconsiderate places to park with absolutely no regard for the neighbors.
