In the last 2 years when we visited, the food was still good but the service was deteriorating. On 5/10 we stopped in to eat about 7:00. We sat there for at least 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged we were there. And there was another table who was seated when we arrived. As we were leaving, that table was finally being given menus. We will not go back due to the service.
They hire one of the best Crawfish cooks in the world. Cajun Mike, I can't wait for another Saturday evening.

First time and won't be the last time either! Can't wait for our next outing here. Mary was friendly, attentive to our questions, and quick! The quality of the drinks, food, and service was above what I had expected. The hurricane was on point. We ordered the catfish nuggets, voodoo plate, and possibly a new item that might be on the menu- catfish lafitte (it's two fried catfish with crawfish etouffee sauce poured on top over a bed of rice). Well worth the drive , the owners and staff are awesome went on a Saturday for da mudbugs , 5-7 , there was a large crowd but the staff handled it well and the food is as close to down home on da bayou as u can find , I will b going back to try other things on the menu !!!
I had the Chicken Nachos for lunch today, OMG! The very best! It was a take out order and they put the cheese dip, jalapeños, shredded cheese and a huge cup of Cajun chicken in separate containers so chips wouldn't get soggy! How great is that?!?! Service with a smile always at Boudreaux's!!!!
