We were greeted by Donna. She took care of us and was very flexible because our schedules were super busy. She was awesome from the beginning to the end. Super honest and very kind. Also everyone else was very friendly and accommodating. This is by far the best car purchase Ive ever made! Thank you Donna!
If you have a choice, do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They are ineffective communicators and try to 'pull the wool' over the eyes of their customers. The management are rude and I had to ask to speak with upper management on more than one occasion. Middle management seems very incompetent.
My husband and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and we were treated horribly. They messed up our credit information, tried to give us a broken key, middle management was incredibly rude and now we have an issue with a tire the won't fix. The one manager offers gift cards as a solution... How about fixing the actual problem instead of trying to 'pay-off' people with gas cards. Gift cards are not a customer service plan!
Always honest and patient with me. Have been taking my car there for 5 years. They keep my car rolling and in tip top shape. Tim, Matt and the rest of the service department are just wonderful.
Matt Schiewe and his service team worked there butt off for us. Excellent service, excellent customer appreciation all around a good service team at Kia Boucher on Brown Deer Road. Thank you guys all your efforts are truly appreciated
Service department is very very poor. Asked for 100 point inspection was told it was mainly visual so 3 weeks later my timing belt broke and now I need a new engine.
As I value customer, I decided to go back to them. However, after yesterday experience I will not go back to anything nor recommend this place to anyone. The manger was rude, unprofessional and most importantly his online ads are false and misrepresentation. I push for the online price and the gift as stated until the end. The manger treated me like a piece of crap. Not even appreciated that I'm a returned customer as well as a customer for their services side. Please do not go to this dealership for anything.
