Every other car dealership I had went to wanted to sell me the first car I test drove on the spot. After a few weeks of looking I finally came across Matt Bucio. Boucher was a terrible experience for us! We searched for a specific car and found one at Boucher, which is 1.5 hours away from where we live. We signed the papers and found out that the car had a recall. Fine, I wish that would have been looked at prior to the car being on the lot but just fix it. Well then we were guaranteed the car about 6 or 7 different times. No one calls back when they say that they are going to, communication was terrible! I am only giving them a 1-star review because my Saleslady Joanne was great and very patient. As a matter of fact, I have had great experiences with numerous people at Boucher. Here is the story. I bought a truck last week a Chevy Avalanche with 195,000 miles. I test drove it and it had an issue on the front end, it had 4 bad O2 sensors, a bad wiper and an airbag sensor issue. Very grateful for the help from Matt when I hit a deer he didn't have to help me that night but he and a manager (Don't remember his name) came out to help me find a spare key in my car .. and helped me feel better about dropping my car there when I was hesitant. Kyle in the body shop I can't say enough good things about! He made sure my car was fixed correctly and quickly! I would recommend them anytime!!
