RecommendedBoucher dealership isn't the problem, always have had great service. GM is the problem because Boucher is at GM mercy on repairs. Boucher has to follow guidelines on what GM TAC tell them. For all those dealing with the Silverado transmission shutter that GM procrastinates on fixing because they have no idea how to fix. As customers we spend thousands of dollars on GM products and Corporate is living large but we have to deal with unfixed problems. Ridiculously unfair Do your research first.
Communicate with the customer! Call the customer and let them know what is going on!

My sales person was very knowledgeable and directed us to what car we were interested in. The sales manager helped explain our savings and other questions we had.
took my leased vehicle for oil change. next day check engine light comes on. went back to service area and 1st rep kind of told me what it was then asked about tire pressure he then handed off to other service rep which she said let me finish pressure test and lets see if under warranty wow something other rep never mention. set up appointment and what i thought was a rental vehicle. didnt happen next morning but got a shuttle to work. good thing i didnt let wife handle she would of been mad. basically all service people get... read more
I recently had a service issue with my new Colorado. I contacted my sales person, Pat McInerny, who scheduled me in for an appointment the very next day. I had done some research on the service issue and shared that data and my own thoughts to both sales and service reps at Boucher. I recently had a car in for body repair after I was rear ended. the insurance company came out and within 2 days I was sent a check for the repairs in my name only. I was satisfied because the check was for a 150.00 more than my estimate and I had been through a ton of hassle from the guy who hit me. long story short Will in the body shop asked me what insurance company it was, and not thinking anything fishy I told him. he called the insurance company found out what they paid me and changed their estimate to match the check... read more

So if I could give a massive negative number I would. My niece recently purchased a vehicle and a couple days ago had the cops at her door stating that the car this dealership sold them was a STOLEN VEHICLE FROM ILLINOIS. And the dealership tried to play the fucking victim. You’ll be lucky to come out of this without most of your employees being fired over this.
