Excellent Repair Service! I took my C7 Corvette in for cold transmission shifting issues and I was expecting the worst. The service consultant, Jacob, was very genuine to work with and he was very focused on resolving the transmission issues for me without just throwing money at it. The technician, Tyler, closely followed GM diagnostic procedures and resolved the cold shifting issues by resetting the TCM and relearning the shift points. I ordered a part from them that I wanted it overnight, so I ordered a part from them on a thursday morning.At 8:30 am so I was expecting it on friday since I have paid for overnight. They did not process it till Friday. And when you pay for overnight air on a Friday, you don't get it till Monday. And I paid eighty dollars for overnight that I was expecting on friday, so i'm not receiving it till monday.Then, they will not credit meat for the overnight air that I paid for. Not impressed with their parts department.
