When my 10+-year-old stove died (actually, it was the oven that went the way of all things), my first thought was Bouchard-Pierce. After half an hour, I had purchased a stove, which was installed the next week, early in the time frame specified. It was lovely not to have to wait all day.

I purchased a Dryer from Bouchard-Pierce earlier this year. I didn't feel like I was interrupting someone like I have so many times from the 'big box' stores. The salesman was friendly and actually cared about what I needed. After the purchase was done my Dryer was delivered in a timely manner and the technicians were great. Not only were they professional and courteous but they even did a bunch of extra things! They took my old Dryer away too! All this for a price not much different than the 'big box' stores.
