Bought a simple, moderately priced LG gas range at Bouchard Pierce after a terrible Range/customer service blunder at Cocoplum Appliances (purchased an expensive Capital Range that never worked properly with multiple service calls). Brittany at BP was super easy to work with. She is clear and concise with placing the order and scheduling. The 2 installers were professional and quick. Can't say enough about this local business.
Mel the service manager was great. Clear expectations were set. Jim the tech called when he was on his way, on time btw. Jim took the time to figure out a complicated wiring issue rather than just replacing the suggested parts. Jim was professional and went the extra mile and was able to make the repair in one visit. I was impressed with everyone at Bouchard-Pierce. I highly recommend them for appliance service! Thank you Mel and Jim!!

We recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher and were very pleased with the overall experience and working with Norm Nadeau in the Berlin store. We have purchased other appliances from Bouchard-Pierce in the past and most likely will return for more.
