Dealing with Brittany at Bouchard Pierce, was a pleasant experience. She was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I LOVE my new Speed Queen washer! I have noticed a substantial difference in how clean my clothes are since I started using it. And my new LG fridge is also just what I wanted. Bouchard-Pierce has been my appliance super store for over 40 years. Recently my Whirlpool refrigerator failed just short of its 5 year extended warranty. Bouchard-Pierce and their amazing staff went above and beyond expectations and saw to it that a reluctant warranty company fulfilled their obligations. This morning a beautiful Frigidaire Refrigerator was delivered and installed and I am very grateful to everyone at Bouchard-Pierce for their professional and loyal service. I am a lifer!
