RecommendedDaisy Botti managed our rental house in Rockford for several years as we live out of state. She and her firm were organized, professional and always stayed in communication with us. When the time came to sell the property, Daisy found a buyer within days and we just closed. I cannot thank Daisy enough for handling all of this for us. She and her firm are highly recommended for your property management and home sales needs.
They just took over a building I rent this year and my last experience with them over getting their fridge repaired in my apartment was a nightmare. Took them 3 days just to get someone to look at it then it was going to take 7-10 to get the part. The manager suggested I just use a cooler for two weeks till it got fixed. Great woman owned realty company. They are very attentive and prompt to respond to issues that may arise. I would recommend them for rental and purchases!
These ladies are amazing. They were always on top of things. I had them as property managers for a few years. And then finally they got me into a house that we could call home. We really miss you being our Managers tho.
