Food was excellent except they left the doors to the outside open and the flies were all over us. It ruined our experience, couldn't enjoy it. So sad I heard great things. We told the wait staff and they didn't care at all. Said "Well the door is open, it is what it is!" Wow. Very disappointed and we also go charged $40 for a bottle of beer.
Excellent service - from start to end. For example, my hubby and I celebrated my birthday at the restaurant, the host greeted us and then wished me a happy birthday, before we were seated. And thereafter, each person of the wait-staff on the initial visit to my table acknowledged me with a polite birthday well-wish. It wasn't overdone. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is nice. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Just a wonderful experience from start to end.
We haven't been here in years. Don't know that we will be back. I ordered the risotto- I've had better airplane meals. My husband lost his tooth in a piece of rustic bread. The staff did not care. If looking for staff- check the restrooms. You will find them in there, gossiping about the guests.

We got to the restaurant about 15 min early, they asked us to wait until our reservation time because it was a bit busy. In my opinion, they should have a host who is calm and collective. The lady who was sitting people lacked that inviting feeling when dining at a high end restaurant. The food was amazing, we had calamari for starters, short ribs and pork shoulder. Exciting atmosphere, tasty selections (particularly the short rib dish).
Every time I have been there it has been a 5 star experience , and that's coming from someone who held a 99.7 average for their career 😎👍
Food and wine were excellent! Service was good. Was able to get seated upon our arrival, approximately 20 minutes earlier than our reservation.
