Always an amazing experience, especially with Murph as your waiter! We always let Murph make all of our choices (bevarages as well) and we are never disappointed! He knows Chef Chiarello's cuisine inside and out!
Everything from the hostess to our waiter was wonderful! The food we shared six entrees was excellent!

We hadn't planned on going to Bottega, but since there was no breakfast restaurants in Yountville other than the bakery across the street, who were sold out of the ham and cheese croissants, we ended up here at Bottega for lunch. We were on our way to the Yountville Veteran's Home Cemetery to visit my husband's father's (a Pearl Harbor survivor) grave. I decided to have the dishes I have been wanting to try to make myself. I've never had a bad meal here. From the season changing menu, amazing burrata starter to luscious pastas and off-the-charts Calabrian brick chicken. The service is also fantastic.
I love this restaurant....I sat at their beautiful bar yesterday for lunch. The service was excellent. I had the Shirt Steak dish....beyond delicious....cooked to perfection. It was very busy....people are coming back to the wine country after those horrible fires.😊❤️🍷
Be sure to walk around the beautiful grounds on your way into the restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and engaging. We sat outside on the covered patio (which is dog friendly) and enjoyed the wonderful food. My husband ordered the short ribs, I had the spaghetti (vegan), and you must try the roasted cauliflower - it’s amazing. Oh, and with the bread there is a tasty garlic spread. We will go back!
We had a wonderful experience as always at Bottega. This time we had lunch for my brother's 50th birthday and enjoyed everything. Our appetizers - brussel sprout salad, calamari, and burrata caprese were delicious. Our main courses were the spare ribs, the skirt steak, rissotto, the tuna salad and the gnocchi were beyond delicious and our desserts (chocolate olive oil cake, chocolate sorbet, the trio sorbets, and zeppolis) were perfect.
