Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. Their office was way too cold. we have been with this office since my child was born. the follow thru they have is absolutely awesome. I am very satisfied with all my visits . They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored.
