I have been apart of this wonderful place since I was 5!!! Like family!!
Both Doctor Bothwell and Higgins are amazing at what they do. The problem is in bookkeeping. Twice now over the last three years I have received collection letters, without receiving any bills informing me I owed money, while continuing to go in for appointments. The bills I have received for those appointments have said nothing about owing anything else. Both times, upon going into the office, they show me as being current. I will no longer be doing business here.
