I was experiencing some neck and shoulder pain that made it hard to turn my head. I had known Dr. Botelho for a little while and when I mentioned the issue he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making suggestions how to prevent neck pain. That helped a lot to keep it from getting worse but didn't make the pain go away. I scheduled an appointment the next day with his office for an adjustment and was so glad I did!
