Husband bought me a ceramic bird bath and after 1 week a piece of the finish fell off. I called and they replaced the top of the bird bath with a new one. After only 5 months, a huge portion fell off. I called and the manager said there was nothing they could do. I sent pictures and he called me back and said they could sell me the top portion for $20. REALLY?? After only 5 months of use!!! Poor , poor customer service.
