My wife and I purchased a new villa and picked out all appliances and all tile floors. (June 15th 2020) They were aware of us selling our condo at that time and made us aware of Villa being completed in February 2021, no later than March 2021. We contacted so called contractor beginning of January 2021 and asked is everything on time and he said 10 to 12 weeks. After searching for homes in Florida, I finally settled on an area. Fort Myers. Let me walk you through my one star experience. The sales staff for the most part are pretty friendly. I worked with Lynn mostly. I felt pressured to close in 60 days, and had put $35,000 down. At this point I wanted to walk away, but in their contract they can retain all deposits.
